This video was used to educate our Main Point of Contacts about the required action steps for preparing for a switchover in their year-to-year data. This is a process that occurs annually and was historically a significant pain point for our CX team. The video was distributed to clients via an emailed newsletter, and the results were fantastic. The switchover of data was much smoother and required significantly less interaction between clients and Panorama team members.
