With more than 12 years in Learning and Development, including six years in fast-moving SaaS environments, I’ve been lucky to build and lead Learning programs from the ground up three times. Along the way, I’ve combined big-picture strategy with practical, hands-on work to help teams grow and thrive. Awards & Recognitions

  • I was named Most Valuable Player at Gravy in 2021 after I pioneered the Learning & Development program and designed various learning assets, including videos, graphics, and infographics, to enhance the effectiveness and appeal of training materials.

  • I was awarded this top honor at Georgia Virtual Learning after designing multiple professional learning opportunities for online educators in Georgia.

  • I was named the outstanding English instructor at Georgia Virtual Learning in 2019.

  • I was named Newton County School System Teacher of the Year in 2014. This was the top honor in a district of 23 schools.
